Jeep has reintroduced the Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition in India for the 2026 model year, priced at Rs 70.31 lakh (ex-showroom). The new batch makes the special edition around Rs 3 lakh more affordable than last year, when it was launched at Rs 73.24 lakh. For MY2026, Jeep has increased the allocation to 41 units, up from 30 units previously.
The Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition remains an India-exclusive offering and is positioned as a limited-run variant for buyers looking for a more distinctive version of the Wrangler.

What the Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition Offers

The Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition is based on the range-topping Rubicon trim and focuses on cosmetic enhancements and added accessories rather than mechanical changes.
The highlight is the exclusive ‘41 Green’ exterior paint, inspired by the military green shade used on the original Willys Jeep. Jeep is also offering the SUV in White, Red, Black and Blue colour options.
Adding to its visual identity is a ‘1941’ decal on the bonnet, referencing the year the Willys MB, the first military-spec Jeep, entered production. Apart from these touches, the overall design and off-road hardware remain identical to the standard Wrangler Rubicon sold in India.
Standard and Optional Accessories
Jeep has bundled accessories worth around Rs 2 lakh as standard with the Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition. These include a powered side step, additional interior grab handles, all-weather floor mats, and front and rear dash cameras.
These features are aimed at improving day-to-day usability and offering added convenience without altering the vehicle’s core character.
Buyers can also opt for a set of optional accessories priced at Rs 3.6 lakh. This package includes a roof carrier with an integrated side ladder and a Sunrider soft-top roof. Notably, the cost of these optional accessories is around Rs 1 lakh lower than what was offered with last year’s edition, making the overall package more accessible.
Engine and Off-Road Capability Unchanged

Mechanically, the Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by Jeep’s 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, which produces 272hp and 400Nm of torque. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, and Jeep’s full-time 4×4 system comes as standard.
This setup ensures that the Willys 41 Special Edition retains the same off-road credentials as the Rubicon, including strong low-speed crawling ability and robust performance across challenging terrain.
What This Means for Indian Buyers
For Indian buyers, the return of the Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition at a lower price makes it a more attractive proposition, especially given its limited availability and bundled accessories. The increased allocation also improves the chances of interested customers securing one of the units, though demand is expected to remain strong.
With prices unchanged across the rest of the Wrangler lineup, the Jeep Wrangler Willys 41 Special Edition now offers a more distinctive alternative without a significant premium.
Jeep has confirmed that all prices are ex-showroom, India, and deliveries will depend on dealer-level allocation and availability of the limited 41 units.
