The extended warranty is positioned as a long-term assurance measure, particularly relevant for electric vehicle buyers who are cautious about battery and component durability.

In addition, Suzuki is offering targeted incentives based on customer profile. Existing Suzuki two-wheeler owners upgrading to the E Access are eligible for a loyalty bonus of Rs. 10,000.

First-time Suzuki customers, meanwhile, can avail an introductory Suzuki E Access Benefits of Rs. 7,000. These incentives are expected to help widen the scooter’s appeal beyond Suzuki’s existing customer base.

Finance Schemes to Lower Entry Cost

To further ease the purchase process, Suzuki has partnered with select financial institutions to introduce customised loan options for the E Access. Under these schemes, buyers can save up to Rs. 9,800 through reduced interest outgo, with interest rates starting from 5.99 per cent.

For prospective EV buyers, access to competitive financing remains a key factor, and Suzuki’s move aligns with a broader industry trend of bundling finance offers with electric two-wheelers to improve adoption.

E Access: Key Specifications & Features

The Suzuki E Access was first showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 and is currently priced at a little over Rs. 1.88 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The electric scooter is manufactured in India and will cater to both domestic and export markets.

Powering the E Access is a 3.07 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery pack mounted within the chassis. Suzuki highlights the durability benefits of LFP chemistry, claiming up to four times the lifespan of conventional NMC batteries. The battery drives a swingarm-mounted electric motor producing 4.1 kW of peak power and 15 Nm of torque.

The scooter offers three riding modes – Eco, Ride A and Ride B – along with features such as regenerative braking and reverse assist. Top speed is rated at 71 kmph, while the IDC-certified range stands at up to 95 km on a single charge.

Charging and Hardware Details

Using a standard household charger, the E Access can be charged from 0 to 80 per cent in 4 hours and 30 minutes, with a full charge taking 6 hours and 42 minutes. Fast charging significantly cuts this time, enabling an 80 per cent charge in 1 hour and 12 minutes and a full charge in 2 hours and 12 minutes.

Other highlights include LED lighting, 12-inch alloy wheels, an aluminium battery casing to reduce weight, and a maintenance-free drive belt rated for up to seven years or 70,000 km.

What This Means for Buyers

With Suzuki E Access Benefits nearing Rs. 20,000, Suzuki’s latest move makes the E Access more competitive in a crowded electric scooter market. The combination of extended warranty, buyer incentives and finance support is likely to appeal to urban commuters looking for predictable ownership costs and long-term reliability.

The announcement underlines Suzuki’s intent to position the E Access as a practical, durability-focused electric scooter rather than a feature-heavy offering, as competition in the segment continues to intensify.
