Raptee.HV has commenced large-scale customer deliveries of its electric motorcycle, the Raptee.HV T30. The rollout has begun in Chennai, which is currently the company’s first operational market.
The Chennai-based startup confirmed that deliveries follow more than seven years of research and product validation. The company has also activated its delivery and service infrastructure in the city.

Expansion Plans Announced
Raptee.HV plans to expand operations to Bengaluru in April 2026. The expansion will include a dedicated showroom and an authorised service centre.
By the end of 2026, the company aims to establish a presence across major South Indian state capitals and enter Western India as part of its broader growth strategy.
Raptee.HV T30 Pricing and Warranty

The Raptee.HV T30 is priced at Rs 2.39 lakh (ex-showroom). Raptee.HV is offering what it describes as an industry-first eight-year battery warranty, along with a three-year vehicle warranty.
The ownership package includes a dedicated single point of contact (SPOC) for service-related support and roadside assistance coverage. According to the company, this structure is intended to streamline after-sales engagement for customers.
Raptee.HV T30 Charging and Powertrain
One of the key technical highlights of the Raptee.HV T30 is its high-voltage architecture, branded as HV-Tec, which is typically associated with electric cars. The motorcycle is compatible with India’s public charging network and uses CCS2 connectors, allowing it to charge at electric car charging stations.

Raptee.HV claims that the T30 can charge from 20 to 80 percent in 36 minutes using a DC fast charger. Charging at home via the on-board charger takes just over an hour for a similar top-up.
The motorcycle is powered by a 5.4kWh battery pack paired with an electric motor producing 29.5hp and 70Nm of torque.
Company Statement
Commenting on the start of deliveries, CEO and co-founder Dinesh Arjun said the milestone reflects years of development and the support of early customers. He added that the company is prepared not only for deliveries but also for service readiness, with a structured ecosystem in place for customer support.
Raptee.HV also stated that the T30 has received recognition from the Asia Book of Records for achieving the highest average distance covered by a production electric motorcycle and the longest distance covered by a production electric motorcycle in India.
With deliveries now underway in Chennai and expansion plans confirmed, the company is entering its next phase of market rollout in India’s electric two-wheeler segment.
Note: Prices mentioned are ex-showroom and may vary by location. Specifications, warranty terms and expansion timelines are based on company announcements at the time of publishing and may be subject to change.
