KTM RC 160 New Colours: KTM India has introduced two new colour schemes for the KTM RC 160 in the Indian market. The motorcycle is now available in Electronic Orange Matte and Ceramic White Matte. There are no mechanical or feature updates as part of this revision.
The Electronic Orange Matte finish has previously been offered on the RC 200 and RC 390. The Ceramic White Matte, however, is a new addition to the RC 160 range. It features a white base complemented by black and orange graphics.
The price remains unchanged at Rs. 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom).

KTM RC 160 New Colours but No Change in Specifications

The RC 160 continues in its existing form. It remains KTM’s entry-level fully faired sport motorcycle in India and carries the same design language as its larger siblings. The styling includes a large front fascia, muscular side fairings and a sharply upswept tail section.
Under the bodywork, the motorcycle is built around a trellis frame. Suspension duties are handled by 37mm upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock. Braking hardware consists of a 320mm front disc and a 230mm rear disc, supported by dual-channel ABS.
The bike is equipped with a 13.75-litre metal fuel tank, clip-on handlebars, a fully digital LCD instrument cluster and full-LED lighting.
Engine and Performance
Powering the RC 160 is a 164.2cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder SOHC engine. It produces 18.73bhp at 9,500rpm and 15.5Nm of torque at 7,500rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
KTM claims a top speed of 118kmph for the motorcycle.

In terms of rider aids, the RC 160 comes with dual-channel ABS featuring Supermoto mode, along with an assist and slipper clutch. The TA variant additionally offers navigation support.

With this KTM RC 160 New Colours update, KTM has expanded the cosmetic options for prospective buyers without altering pricing or equipment levels. Customers considering the RC 160 now have an additional colour choice in Ceramic White Matte, alongside the existing palette.
The update is limited to aesthetics, and all mechanical specifications and features remain unchanged.
